Cadwork-04 is looking for a bilingual French/German Support Technician to join its team. This full-time position, based in Saône (with the possibility of partial teleworking), consists in supporting our users in their use of the cadwork software and in ensuring responsive and quality technical support.
COMPETENCES SOUHAITÉES
Experience in technical support, software or hardware troubleshooting/Good knowledge in computer science, information systems and Windows environments/Solid communication skills in French and German/Mastery of cadwork software or motivation to learn it quickly/Training or diploma in a technical field appreciated/Ability to learn, analytical mind, sense of service and desire to improve
Mission
You will be in charge of analyzing, diagnosing and resolving incidents reported by customers, while ensuring clear and effective communication with the internal team and French- and German-speaking users.
